We offer a one-time exchange in the following cases:
Size issues
Damaged or defective product (must be verified with a 360-degree unboxing video)
⚠️ Note: Exchange requests must be initiated within 4 days of receiving the product.
📦 Exchange Conditions
Exchange is available only for the same product.
The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or defective product claims.
💰 Exchange Charges
For a single t-shirt, a flat fee of ₹200 is applicable across India.
For multiple items, shipping charges will be calculated based on the total weight and delivery location. The exact amount will be shared before processing the exchange.
Winter Collection exchanges may have different shipping charges, which will be communicated during the exchange request.
We will arrange both pickup and delivery for the exchange.
