1. Cancellations Before Shipment
* You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet shipped or been dispatched from our facility. * To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [8800-7555-97] or via our contact page with your Order Number and full name. * Once your cancellation request is received and verified prior to dispatch, we will process your full refund back to your account within 3 to 7 working days.
2. Cancellations After Shipment
* Once an order has been shipped, handed over to our courier partner, or assigned a tracking number, it cannot be canceled. * If your order is already in transit, it must be delivered to you. Once received, you may follow our standard Return & Exchange Policy(if applicable) to return or exchange the item(s). * Shipping fees on orders that have already been dispatched are strictly non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing Time
* Refunds for canceled orders are issued immediately upon approval on our end. * Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3 to 7 business days for the credited funds to reflect in your account.
