At Inspired Clothing, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. We offer a one-time exchange in the following cases:
Size issues
Damaged or defective product (must be verified with a 360° unboxing video)
Note: Exchange or return requests must be initiated within 4 days of receiving the product.
The exchanged product will be delivered to your location within 7 days.
If a refund is approved by the company, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–8 working days.
Exchange Conditions
Exchange is available only for the same product.
The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or defective product claims.
Exchange Charges
For a single t-shirt, a flat exchange fee of ₹200 is applicable across India.
For multiple items, shipping charges will be calculated based on the package weight and delivery location. The exact amount will be shared before processing the exchange.
Winter collection products may have different exchange charges, which will be communicated during the exchange request.
We will arrange both the pickup and delivery of the exchanged product.
